Q. how does paypal somehow have a negative account balance, after my bank has charged me nsf + purchase price for my last purchase? that makes no sense, paypal got they're money from my account (yes it was more than i had there at the time) but somehow i am being dinged 2-3 times for this.... why use paypal if this is how we are treated?
