One of the many pros about Paypal is how quickly my payments are sent to my sellers--except this time. I purchased software from Namo via Digital River this afternoon. They sent an email warning me that it could take up to four hours or maybe even 24 hours for a disbursement. I have visited Paypal several times and the payment has not been registered or disbursed.
