You can add money a couple of different ways.   One is to go ahead and get verified.... by adding a bank account and then make a easy and simple bank transfer.   2. transfer money from another paypal account, or get somebody else like a friend to put money to your account from their paypal account. (this is automatic and immediate)   3. send somebody a e-bill and they can enter info from a cc or paypal account and it will hit immediate.   Or you can bill yourself...... with an e-mail and then you yourself can enter in cc info which will hit immediate.   You can go to merchant services at the top menu bar... and then select e-mail. send that to your e-mail and then enter in your cc info. ... One way to remove the limit is to go in and update the account with additional information.   You need to go in and get the account status "Verified", ususally by adding Banking Information. Then you have to   wait till they post two small deposits in the account . You log back in and enter that specific info and that will do it.   B. If you do not have or wish to use banking info, I think you may be able to verify by adding and verifying your  Phone, and Social Security numbers.   Good Luck ... View more
