 The ongoing issue of not being able to set student permissions, permissions that were in place and suddenly went away, has gone on too long. I have emailed 3 times and called at least twice in the past 5 weeks and still nothing has been done. I see this has been an ongoing problem for MONTHS !!! If I didn't need my account for business I would cancel my account.  I find it unbelievable and irresponsible that PayPal can't resolve this issue. They've got to have someone who can solve this problem.  If they don't, then we all should be very, VERY concerned about potential security issues and risks ! ... View more

I have emailed 3 times and called at least twice in the past 5 weeks and still nothing has been done. If I didn't need my account for business I would cancel my account. I am thinking about cancelling the student account and opening another account and just giving my son, who is totally responsible, full access to it, in my name.  I can't believe PayPal can't resolve this issue. I'm also unable to save permissions in my son's student account. I never took away those permissions to begin with. One day he called me to ask why he didn't have permission to send money or buy on eBay. Although the site says I changed permissions, they are not saved. In the past month I've emailed 3 times and called twice to no avail. Once I was told the settings were changed to my request by paypal but they were not.
