With at least 12 positive feedback +papal account. Buyer's got their items and there's no dispute after 2 weeks even if there's one,buyer can solve it, to avoid negative feedbacks but what this got to do with Papal?Despite deducting all fees they still hold my money forcing me to transfer more money from my bank to papal account.
