I made a custom item for someone. It took months of work. I have over 30 emails between us where we worked out the design. The buyer tried it on at one point via mail to confirm the fit sent a positive email regarding it and sent it back for completion. After it was completed I sent final pics and an invoice for the balance. The buyer approved the photos, paid the invoice and the item was shipped. The next day I received angry emails from the buyer saying that based on the photos I sent it wasn't what they wanted and filed a SNAD dispute. The item is still in transit internationally and can be tracked. So now I am out my money $540 and the item. I don't understand how a buyer can file a SNAD if they haven't received the item. I have attached photos, emails, and other communications to the claim and am now waiting on paypal. What should I do? Any advice?
