So i cant make anymore payments with  paypal cause they want me to get verified , now i dont want to link my bank account up too it , i was reading if you link your credit card you can get verified the same way , Well i been using my credit card from day one so i dont see what the probelm is .     So can some let me know if there's another way  , or if i can just contacted them ? cause i had the account open for almost 3 years now . or will it just restart next month or someting ?? ... So I've been looking all over the place for right answer to this qustion , So i must of tried about four time in total to pay for my items now i'm using my credit card wich is link to my paypal, Now before trying to pay i made sure i had the money on the card and everything was clear and ok, So i know it cant be me .   So what i want to know is it a probelm from the sellers end or paypal cause i must of seen 100 different answers. ... So a few days ago almost four now i ended up buying something off a chinese whole sale website   now i paid for it the 1 item came up to overall 31.54usd . Two days later i went to go see the stauts on my item on there site they clam i never sent a payment , so i went to go see on my paypal it stated that i sent a payment but it was stated under " pending " So i told them this , they told me if it was a pending payment to wait 2 working days  so i did still nothing   So now they told me that i was "lieing" but i should try and pay again . what i would like to know how can i cancel the pending payment ?   Thanks everyone ~ ... So i went to a website "Chinese wholesale site" paid for my item with paypal then after i paid for it  they said there was a payment failure  but  on my account it says  its pending payment waiting for them to accept it  ?   At frist they told me i was lieing and i should wait 3-7 days  but i should give them a transation ID just in case, To me i feel like im being scammed off the bat  is there a way to cancel my pending payment ?   Any Help would be great Thanks everyone~   ... So recently i ordered about 4 unites of one item on a website came up around 400$  , 100$ per unite  long story short me and the website had tons of miscommunications and they just refund my money .   Now I'm new to paypal so i'm not a master yet  but it says the the items have been refund  to there total amount but i see no money in my paypal balance  after doing some reading i found out since i paid with a credit card it should mostly likely be refunded to the card but what i would like to know how long does it take ? some people have said 3 business days some have said 30 days what is it ?    Overall i would like to know how long it will take for my funds to be availableon my card,and if not how in gods holy name does this work    Thanks and Good day . ...
