It appears to be an issue with Royal Mail's website not paypal. They had the entire site down over the weekend for maintenance/upgrading and its back up and running today. Nothing on it is working properly though, you cant even use Royal mails online postage printing system which is pretty pathetic for a national multi billion £ organisation. I used to use smart stamp a long time ago and it was ok but im very reluctant to use it at the moment as its a subscribed service and ive no way of knowing if its working either until i subscribe. GET IT SORTED ROYAL MAIL!
