Royal Mail Customer Help Line says that this problem will be resolved 'In the near future' This is just a joke. When is the near future? and how can a major organisation not be able to sort out a problem that they've created for themselves. Easy solution as anyone who knows anything about websites is to just go back to the old version while you sort out the new offline, then try again!!!!! Should take a couple of hours at most, not try and sort out the bugs in the new system while their customers suffer the effects for day after day. And I can't believe that PayPal haven't sent an email advising it's customers of this problem.
