There appears to be incorrect text on the PayPal website. How/Who should I report it to? I was filing a claim for unauthorized use of my card (11 different transactions) and I submitted on one claim, once I entered all the transaction numbers, a page comes up for final confirmation. It reads (underlined text removed for privacy): Unauthorized Use of PayPal Account Your claim is not complete. To file the claim, review the information below and click Submit. Print this page for your records This concerns my PayPal account held in the name of (my name) and with the email address (my email address). These transactions were made without my knowledge or someone who accessed my account without my unauthorization. OOPS -- "without my unauthorization"? I had to agree to submit the claim, but the double negative would seem to indicate that it was without me saying no... it obviously should read "without my authorization". Since this is a confirmation, and I assume legally binding, it should correctly indicate that it was unauthorized. But I cant find an email address or contact to report the problem to....
