Hi, I have paid for an item purchased through Ebay today but the payment has been held by PayPal for investigation. What does this mean and why? The amount is only £2.50 and I have also had to verify my account with a callback, updating my security questions and changing my password. I have looked at other questions with exactly the same problems which all seem to have taken 8-10 days or more to resolve. As I forgot about the item on Ebay it has been paid late and I would really not like to mess the seller around anymore than I already have with the late payment etc as she is being very understanding but I cannot expect her to wait around for another 10 days. Is there anyway this issue can be resolved quicker so as not to result in a negative feedback on my Ebay account? Thanks for any information anyone can give me on this subject.
