I am also fuming, as a seller whos buyer would not pay for recorded delivery and has now won a full refund including postage even though proof of postage was provided to paypal. What are we supposed to do if a buyer will not pay the postage for tracked delivery. Everyone knows that paypal will refund the buyer so they are on to a winner all ways round. Cheap postage and then claim it didnt arrive and get a full refund. ITS A JOKE PAYPAL GET IT SORTED OUT
