I have the exact same issue today and the buyer is located in Japan, I am afraid I will sent the item and then something will happen and they will take the money back. I have called paypal twice and they assured me that the money is on the way to my account (checking account 3-4 bus days) already in my paypal account (seller is not verified) and the whole thing seems fishy.
