I printed out a shipping label from paypal on 11/13/2011,and shipped the item on 11/14/2011. The address on the shipping label was the address automatically added to the label by paypal from the buyer's paypal account; i did not write the address myself. I have been trying my best to contact the buyer of the item, but have not received any responses from them. The tracking information/confirmation says that the item was "undeliverable as labelled". The order receipt, beside the buyer's address, says that the buyer's address is unconfirmed. If i am not able to contact the buyer to confirm information or to correct any possible errors to the provided address, what can i do to resolve this problem?
