Exactly why I don't just leave money sitting on my paypal... I mean if I could transfer it and have it go DIRECTLY to my paypal account that same day I would just do that and save myself the headache, but I'm not going to leave money just sitting on Paypal, when at least if I'm not purchasing something, in my bank it collects interest or is available for other things. To have money locked up on my paypal just seems stupid. And the only thing I use paypal for is my ebay purchases, so never really know when I will buy something or for how much.    So frustrating!   On a good note I did call the PayPal customer support regarding the NSF's... and shock, they gave me a note to take to my bank to have them waived... and while on the phone with customer support I asked them about the one other purchase I had outstanding still... she assured me they would take it from the Visa... but guess what... DING another NSF fee... WTF! AND the other ones STILL haven't come off my CC!   ... View more

I have the same issue... only... when they finally decided to take my money it was on the same day my insurance was due... I have a CC listed as my secondary (can't figure out how to make it the primary) so.... cause the one ebay purchase was near 300 and my insurance only 140... at the time my bank only had 200ish in it... because paypal finally decided to take it out on that day, not only did it bounce, but so did my insurance and another ebay purchase, I got dinged 127.50 in NSF fees, I have to now pay a penalty to my insuance for bouncing as well... and yet.. I have all this money for my purchases sitting waiting patiently for paypal to take it from there....  I'm so freaking frustrated right now!!!!!   Cause not only do I have these NSF fees now, but THEY STILL HAVEN'T TRIED TAKING THE DARN PAYMENT OFF MY CC!!!!    And the most anoying thing is that most ebay sellers only want to deal with paypal users and not CC so I have no choice but to use Paypal to buy on Ebay 😞 ... I am having the same issue, I use my company CC for items I purchase on Paypal... or at least would like to.. usually them taking from my bank doesn't annoy me cause the funds are always there... but the last two... not only **bleep**ed up a home bill but taking from the bank account the same day the bill was suppose to (since we all know paypal never takes it the same day) We assumed that if paypal went for the money and the bill went thru that it would automatically go to my CC.  No instead I was dinged 127.50 in NSF fees, had the other bill bounce cause of the paypal ones... and... yet it still shows lots of money on my CC, yet no payment attempt! Why the **bleep** do I have to pay NSF fees when I have a CC set up on my account as my back up... its complete BS! And I, like the above have looked EVERYWHERE to try and figure out how to have my CC as the primary fund source and my bank as the back up and have had no luck... and the system they have set in place to "help" us is useless and told me nothing!  ...
