For the past few months when I sell items on eBay and the buyer pays, I get my normal email from PayPal stating I've recieved payment from the buyer. But under the "Shipping Details" section, they all say "You haven't added any shipping details". This used to state which option the buyer chose such as USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority International, etc. I can't find anything to correct this. Is this a known problem with or without a solution? For now I'm having to go to that transaction in eBay to find out which option was chosen. This takes up quite a bit of extra time.
