Just thought that you should know that Paypal will ALWAYS find in the favour of the buyer if a package does not arrive. This also applies to a tracked services. Don't waste time and effort putting in your listing 'that you can not take responsibility once an item enters the postal system' as if the buyer makes YOU WILL LOSE. You could send 5000 packages, have an perfect record, and the 5001 goes missing. YOU LOSE OUT PAYPAL WILL ALWAYS FIND IN FAVOUR OF THE BUYER. So going thru the review process is a complete waste of time. Don't bother uploading your proof of postage. The customer service agent at Paypal (who was appalling) said after 30 seconds of a conversation "I am closing the dispute in favour of the buyer" WHY, because I could not provide tracking information. So I said if I had used a tracked service then I would have been covered. Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo they still would have found in favour of the buyer....... Laugh I nearly cried. God help us if some of the more not so genuine realise this. Claims galore will be going in............... Paypal not so much a pal to the seller.
