I set up a paypal account a few years back and no longer use the email or passwords for it. As I had my email hacked a while back I decided to set up a new email and password. The problem is I had verified my bank account on the paypal account affiliated with the old email, that is not used by myself and I have now set up a new account. What do I do as I have only one bank account?
