I have shipped to an eBay buyer of mine in Manitoba Canada using Paypal, via First Class International Rates and paid $2.50 US for a 3oz thick envelope. Yet when I tried to get that rate for for a similar size/wt pkg to an Etsy buyer in Quebec, First Class Intl. is not an option. It only shows Express or Priority and an outlandish price!!! [like over $30!!] YIKES! Anybody know why this is and if there's a fix for it? Thanks, Skulpter
