i buy stuff off of ebay all the time. its basicly how i get whatever i need. i used to used paypal until recently but everytime i proceed to checkout they say i need a credit card. this hasnt happened until recently. im under 18 its not that i dont have a card or just dont want to put it up i actually cant get one. what changed and how do i fix it?
