Most New Zealand banks dont use routing numbers. ..So when I try to link my bank account to my PayPal account I don't have the required 9 digits to insert where it asks for routing number. Since it is common practice for US banks to use routing numbers and I signed up while living in the U.S,do you think it would be better for me to close my existing account and reopen a new PP account here in NZ?
