Some chinese holiday slowed the shipping of a item toa customer and her made dispute, won. got refunded and now the item has made it to his home and ofcourse he has no intention on paying me. what should i do tog et my money? or ahve i jsut been robbed? I cant open a dispute, There is no "appeal button" as an paypal email sugested to me. what do I do next? I ahve the tracking number that proves he got it oct 27th.. and like any loser he just wants to keep the money and the item.
