Hi i need the same thing as i have a website where iam the middle man the buyer pays the website for the item then when the o member gets the item the website pays out the money to the other member. And the paypal fee is more than what the website makes as they are only small payments so need members to pick up the paypal fees. Its a Merchant account that iam using. can you help
