A forum moderator worked for me for the past couple years with no problems. But in July, he simply stopped posting and wouldn't respond to emails. Unfortunately, my business partner did not tell me the moderator had stopped working, so I continued PayPal'ing him until this month before realizing the situation. Total, I paid him $1200 for doing nothing and he does not respond to emails or to PayPal requests for payment. What are my options?
