I am really frustrated and angry...I keep getting a fatal failure message on screen when I try to purchase shipping labels through PayPal. This is when I try to ship items sold on ebay and then pay for shipping via PayPal. I get to the screen where I enter the Service such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded. I choose the Letter or package and weight... then the next screen it all dies on me and I get fatal failure This started about a month ago and despite a call made today PayPal, I was told to that they don’t know what the problem is and is not a big enough issue to be resolved immediately and a ticket will be opened and it will get looked at whenever!!! The advisor told me to look on forums on the net and I might find a fix! The Nerve !!! I wanted to swear at them. It’s coming so close to Christmas and what takes half an hour now takes about three hours to print shipping labels as I keep am having to repeatedly use the refresh and back buttons to finally purchase my shipping labels. I have tried all browsers and version of them, different operating systems and different pc's the problem remains. I implore the community to please help, as I am certain someone out there has probably been through this and may have a fix, as I honestly cannot rely on PayPal who are happy to take the fees and charges immediately, but not civil enough to provide a service or fix.
