I downloaded the PayPal app to my iPhone and iPad. Although I can send money to a recipient using PayPal's website, it appears that I cannot send money via the PayPal app. Whenever I try, I get the following error after clicking the "review" link to review a payment. "An error has occured. Payment not completed. Please add a credit card to your PayPal account before sending money." The weird thing is that I already have an Amex card linked to the account and can send money via the web with no problem. The iPhone and iPad apps only permit me to send money to people who already have a PayPal account, but do not let me send money to a cell phone or e-mail that is not linked to an account. Whenever I try, I get the above error. Can anyone help? thanks!
