Hi, Yesterday I decided to purchase items in an online game, however after i paid i was told they did not have any more of that item and to choose something else....But i did not want anything else I wanted what i paid for. When i was told I was not going to get what I paid for i asked for a refund and was told i would not be getting that either. When I completed the transaction I was not logged into my paypal account, I used their quick checkout option with my credit card, got a receipt number and an invoice number, but the transaction never showed up in my actual paypal profile....therefore I can't find the transaction ID to dispute it. Receipt No: 1826-****-****-6265 (edited with * to allow me to post) Invoice ID:111106002619938 What should I do at this point to dispute this charge? Thanks. Steve
