Dear all, I am a 100% feedback store seller since 1998. Here is my case: On Aug 25 a buyer used the Buy It Now feature (though there was a Best Offer option) and bought my very rare and 100% original Rolex dial for $5K. He paid right away by PayPal. I shipped it on the next day (26th) by DHL. On the following day (27th) when he received it, he filed a SNAD dispute of Copy of Original and esculated it to claim . I e-mailed him a few times but he did not reply. Later of the same day (27th), he had provided some documentation to PayPal. On the 28th, I had e-mail PayPal some proof as evidence that my item is indeed genuine. On the 1st Sep, PayPal got on the phone with this buyer. Finally on this morning (4th), PayPal had decided on the buyer's favor and now I am gone with the money and the item. He even left me a negative feedback in ebay !! All I want to say is that I, as an honest seller in ebay and PayPal, had been attacked by this kind of "one hitter quitter" a few times. When they filed a SNAD based on Copy of Original, seller is very hard to win. They can easily get some documentation to proof on their favor. When they win, they get to keep the item and get their full money back. I think this "habbit" will spread out very soon.
