As a last resort, I opened a disputed with a seller 4 days ago and the seller has refused to respond to repeated requests for a refund. I have tried to escalate my dispute to a claim but the system keeps saying that the action is not valid. I have completed everything on the page properly. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
