I totally agree!!!!!!!That in the **** is going on ??????????? I have had this account for years!!!!!!! This is real grate costumer service. I do not with to link my bank account nor do I need , nor want another credit card. This is a bunch of ****. How or why can they get off pulling kind of thing. Loyal costumers must not mean as much as they say , since it appears this is happening to more then a few !!!!!!! I really would like to know what the heck is going on. I have an a purchase I need to pay for , for a whole total of like $14.50 , and do not intend to link my bank acc. nor apply for another card. Not sure what I am going to do yet.
