I got the new Access card to pay for postage for items sold on Ebay to make it easier rather than using cash and waiting for paypal to transfer cash to bank, Anyway on Monday i used the card to make a payment and the post office system refused it. So i tried again just incase i did something wrong and again denied and to contact card issuer. When i got home i checked my emails and got a receipt for the transaction and checked paypal balance and the money had gone from account. Paypal are saying the transaction went through but the post office said it didn't. I went back to post office with all the Paypal transaction receipts. Postmistress showed me the final balance on the days transactions and clearly shows my Access card was cancelled/denied. She contacted Post Office head office and their back office system said the transaction was cancelled and no money was taken from my card. Paypal are investigating but had an email saying that there was no unauthorised transaction. So where do i go from here. Been a member of Paypal for many years and feel very let down. Anyone else had the same problem
