I am a verified user on paypal. I have made several attempts to add a second bank account to my profile. I get a message that Paypal can not add the account at this time and I should check back at a different DATE. Are you F'ing kidding me??? How do I reach a real person? Why do they think paypal is used. Who do they think they are? The post Office, Ohhh welllll, come back in a few days and we might be able to help you get the money transferred NOW, faster then, maybe, maybe not! WTF!!!!!
