I bought items from Jack Gold Prospecting Supplies, paid Paypal for the items with my AAA credit card and got a receipt number, not a transaction number. Did not received the items I bought. Called the seller three times, no answer, left my number. Emailed the seller three times, no answer. Tried to file a dispute with Paypal but will not accept the receipt number, they want a transaction number. I tried to use Virtual Sarah and can not help me. Email Paypal get the procedure to file a dispute, but the dispute system will not accept the receipt number.Write Paypal again same thing, CAN NOT FILE A DISPUTE. I go to my credit card company to file a claim for non receipt of items bought and they tell me to file a dispute with Paypal. Am I frustrated? YOU BET. Can anyone help me? Thanks Plert
