Hi,   I have the same problem here. I live in Turkey and I use PayPal language settings as English. I prepared an invoice and all of it was in English when I sent. However, the person (from Canada) who received it said that he received it in Turkish.   Can you explain this please? How can I send English invoices? I couldn't find any options.   Thanks   Nail ... It seems that we will not get an answer to this. The person who replied my support email didn't know the issue and forwarded me to merchant account technical support and haven't heard from them yet, the contact phone is always busy as if it really is. Hi,   For the last few weeks I haven't been able to use merhcant services anymore. I need to create payment buttons but I cannot. I am losing business, so the PayPal is.   I am from Turkey and when I click on "merchant services" tab, it goes to https://www.paypal-turkiye.com/ticari/ and there I cannot login or create a new account.   Please help me about this. ... Hi all,   Firstly I want to say that we still don't know what caused this change and nobody tells us either. At the moment I am trying to contact some revenue office experts in my country.   From the moment this change was put into action, I felt incredibly bad. And now I noticed that I cannot create payment buttons either.   Adrian, I am sorry but your answer is not acceptable. PayPal acts as an international bank and it should answer its customers (us) in any way possible. You made a change to your system that affected all the Turkish users and you cannot tell the specific reason that caused this?   If I go to a local bank and ask why did you do this and that, and if they say "oh sorry we don't know the specific reason please ask it to an expert in this field" do you think I will ever use that bank again?   From now on, until this issue is resolved (until I can use my account balance to send payments internationally again) I will not use my PayPal account to send and receive money, and I advised the same thing to all my friends as well.   Nail Yener ...
