This was an eBay transaction, buyer gave one address at end of sale, I shipped within 12 hours of payment to said address. Threes weeks later buyer contacts me did not receive items and showed another address. I explained where it was shipped, buyer waited two more weeks, still did not receive and filed a claim with Paypal, I responded immediately with details of transaction (unfortunately I did not put tracking on the shipment). Paypal found in favor of the buyer because I did not respond to a request for additional information - I recieved NO such request. Paypal deducted my account sale price. Am I responsible for USPS **bleep** up? I have my receipt for the shipment and Paypal will not respond to my requests to review the information. aquilter16
