Hi I had a customer who opened a PAYPAL required amount back claim and then I went to contact the buyer and she  replied me: 'Hello,Yes, my paypal account is all a bit funny. I accidentally deleted my direct debit and so have to reregister my  debit card onto the account. This will take a few working days but once that is all done, everything will be sorted.  Sorry about any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you. ' So how should I respond the PAYPAL? I sent the item out by 2nd stardard without postcode receipt ... My first Paypal dispute case, totally have no clue what should I do?   The buyer bought a MAXI skirt from me on 29th Nov. (25.58 pounds)and I did dispatch the item. Without any EBAY messages from the buyer(so I have no idea about the buying, lost, not happy with buying????) ,she opened the PAYPAL dispute today. Also no further information put on  PAYPAL why she opened the PAYPAL dispute.   I just EBAY messaged the buyer to ask what happened.   Should I contact PAYPAL? or EBAY? Hi ALL, I just updated my account to Merchant rate and was successfully approved. But the amounts I received after approving were sitll charged 3.4%+0.2P which should be 2.9%+0.2P.   Anyone help me out? Thanks ... View more

Hi , could anyone here help me out? I did lift limits PAYPAL  and chose 2, but googled to find that I need to choose 1.  I am not sure which one I should choose? 1. An individual consumer  2. A sole trader 3. Any other of type business ,charity, or government entity   And if I need to choose 1, how should I change to 1 as I chose 2?   I am an Ebay seller(business account) without regisitered company, just sell and buy on EBAY.   Thanks ... I posted a free auction-listing, 0.99 start and finally sold 1.44 pounds and freight was 0.99 pound.
