This question is very important because it might be spam.  I have received several emails from eBay saying that they will not be with PayPal any more and the eBay members must join the eBay Managed Payments program. I've been sent a very invasive questionnaire asking for all sorts of private information by June 15 or my eBay account will be closed.  I'm not sure this is really from eBay or is it a scam?   ... I've received a notice from PayPal saying one of my items sold and the buyer paid.  The payment is normal.  I see that on the left side in the notes section of PayPal, there is a huge red flag with Risk Alert as a pop up.  I've spent over 1/2 hour looking through Help, and other sections of PayPal and I can't find anything that even mentions Risk Alert.  PAYPAY PLS ANSWER:  What is Risk Alert and if it appears, can I still ship my item safely, i.e. the payment will stay in my account??  I notice that many people have written about this and yet PayPal does not answer.  I've also sent PayPal messages on the Contact Us system and never received a reply.  There seems to be something seriously wrong with PayPal customer service.  Anyway, please REPLY re RISK ALERT. ... Sometimes I receive Instant Payment Notifications and then in another month, for the same payment, I don't get the IPN.  I went to Help and it said to go to Profile - did that.  It said to Click My Settings, and I don't get anything that says My Settings.  By clicking around, I managed to get a page that showed 3 payments I had made but I'e made many more since April 2011 and none of them were there.  I've also had money taken out of my PayPal account on an automatic payment basis, but did not receive IPN's for them.
