Hello, I recently sold some software on eBay. Nearly a month later the buyer has opened a claim stating that the product key is invalid and that I sold him a worthless copy of the software. He claims that the item was not as described because my auction did not say that it had been previously been installed. My auction clearly listed the producted as being in very good (not new) condition and that I was selling the software because I was switching to a Mac and no longer needed Windows software. If I agree to accept the item back for a refund, there's no way to know if he really did install the product and is now returning it with a license no longer available. Help! and thanks
