This is what we received from PayPal for a MIPs dispute which was instigated by PayPal. "We have conducted a review of a payment that you received. In this case, returning the funds to the sender was determined to be the appropriate action, and we have completed a reversal of the payment. Good selling practices, like trackable delivery, prompt postage and communication between buyer and seller help prevent disputes." This response makes no sense whatsoever, it implies that we do not have good selling practices. The dispute was instigated by PayPal and this is what we received ... "To protect you from problematic transactions, we sometimes request additional information about PayPal payments. ........ We have placed a temporary hold on the funds until we complete our investigation." Does any one elese have these types of dispute? They are very frustrating.
