I made a purchase on a Paypal-enabled website before creating my Paypal account. Now, after not receiving the refund I was promised and having my questions to the merchant ignored, I need to open a dispute. However, the transaction does not show in my account so I cannot get the transaction ID and cannot proceed to open the dispute! I haven't been able to locate the transaction ID in the payment confirmation email either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
