Having trouble linking my Bank Account...

So here's the story. I just recently joined PayPal and went to link my bank account. I didn't have a NetTeller Internet Banking ID at the time so I chose the option to have PayPal make two small deposits into my account which I would later use to link it. However, I received an e-mail that said: "To confirm your bank account, we tried to make 2 deposits into your Isabella Bank X- account on Oct 10, 2011. The money was returned, however, because your bank does not recognize this bank account number."    Now, I just recently acquired a NetTeller ID and I figured that I could just use that to link my bank account since the deposits didn't go through. When I went to link my account again it gave me no option to do so and gave me this message: "The account you entered would need additional review. Please link a different bank account. If you would still like to use this bank account, you may fax us a copy of the bank statement with the two amounts PayPal deposited in your bank account shown and a copy of your driver's license or other photo I.D. You must use this form for your fax cover sheet and send the fax to (402) 537-5780."   This is my problem. This is my only bank account and I would like to link it, but the only option given is for me to fax the deposits that never got deposited. I closed my PayPal and created a new one, but I still got that message. I would appreciate any feedback as to how I can fix this problem and link my account. ... View more
