GENIUS! I usually don't suscribe to forums but I had to this time just to thank you for helping us solve this issue (since PayPal might never do it). I am on Windows 7, using Outlook 2007, and your fix worked perfectly. Just a quick clarification for those of us not very well versed on computers. When you try to open the "hosts" file under Windows - System32 - Drivers - etc - you will find an empty screen saying "No items match your search". Make sure you have selected "All files' which is located on the lower righ corner within the pull down menu that says Text Documents .txt. I am VERY happy now.
