I called Paypal's help desk two days ago to report this problem. I was on hold for more than 30 minutes - and found this forum while on hold. When the guy came back to the phone, he told me they were forwarding my call to the Paypal Fraud Division! I told him that was ridiculous, that this was being discussed in the community forum - and that I wanted to speak to his supervisor. After another 20 minutes on hold, they disconnected me. FAIL! However - my fix is much simpler than changing out files. I just don't open the paypal email - deleting it instead. I go to my account to see who has paid. That will **bleep** up exactly what they are trying to monitor - a good "bonus" for their lousy customer service. Trisha
