Hello I am trying to file INR case after the find transaction ID and click continue I get message that says Your payment is still in flight. You may dispute the transaction once the seller has received payment. Wait fifteen minutes and try again. The seller has had my money in his bank account for over a month. I tested the process on another item I am waiting on and it gives me the options to carry on with the claim. I am running low on time to get this settled. Please help. Thanks.
