I run a tour service where advance reservations are confirmed by the customer giving payment information over the telephone. Later, when the service has been rendered, I run the card through PayPal virtual terminal. Works great except when a customer cannot telephone ahead. A very few customers are reserving from overseas and telephoning is not really practical. I don't want folks to simply email payment info because of security concerns. Is there a way to send an invoice for the secure collection of payment information but delay the actual transaction until a specified date?
