Made a payment to a friends personal account instead of his business account on 10/5, only $50, he refunded the next day. Paypal took it out of my account the morning in 10/6. A hold was put on the refund of $50, even though my friend never pulled, never withdrew the payment and he had made an immediate refund. I saw the refund come through and was notified by email that I had money. So Paypal had my money . I certainly don't mind waiting a few days, but with today's rapid transfer of funds ( my money in a day) I think they would have a more effecient process. it has 7 full days since the money was refunded. Seems excessive for such a small amount. Especially since I have been a client Ebay/Paypal since 1997 and they have made far more than $50 off of me. Geez
