Bull crap!! I ask for a copy of the new policy & it states $15.00 or 30 per cent may be used of pending funds. Not true. My shipping was not that much, yet paypal did not even have the option to select this & I bought this to Ebay's attention. Was told, sorry not their fault.

Totally agree. Been here 12 years and have been waiting forever for available funds. I read a blog that said there were 498 pages of complaints about this & paypal is ignoring it. I'm not rich, couldn't even afford to ship my last big sale item but they had already taken their fees out of my money. I had a perfect rating also...probably don't now. Will have to change method of payment or make it COD.

Does it make sense that paypal can take fees from pending funds yet I can't touch my own money to use for shipping? This is a bad policy & doesn't sound legal to me.

Like they say, "It's my money & I want it now!" I'm off work on medical leave & selling stuff & can't afford to ship it, but they have already taken their fees out. I agree...Ebay is gonna loose customers.
