hi, i have been ringing paypal for the last few days to get payments released and one guy did one and said to ring back and ask for the other one to be released, which i did today, its on track and trace that it had been delivered and the buyer emailed to say it had been delivered ok, but still the guy at paypal won't relesase it, i am having this problem with every sale and its getting silly now. Also another buyer has put in a claim for a refund which paypal has given her without even asking me, when she is lying, she is saying that i sent the wrong jeans and that they were old and tatty, they were not old and tatty, and i have proof in emails that she agreed to me sending her other jeans as i had made a mistake with the picture a had put up, this was after it had come out of her bank by the way, now i have lost money when paypal never had my permission to go into my account and refund this horrible person. sorry to rant but this buyer is blantantly lying and its not fair.
