I have read so many post on this subject, but I still have the same problem. I print a label and still the record label prints, also. I have gone to my profile and under shipping settings I clicked printer settings and unchecked print record label. IT STILL DOES IT.  No matter if I do just before printing the label. It will show that the it is unchecked, but when I print I get the record label. Then when I go back to profile the record label box is checked again....help. I am so tired of using up all my labels and don't know what to do. No I don't do multi shipping and see a box come up when I go to print label, but don't know how to change that setting. One post said to go to tools and change something, but I am not sure what tools bar they were talking about. The IE toolbar? If not where is it? Please help!! Thank you so much. ... View more
