I recently had my account reverted back to payment holds which I don't have a big problem with since I was inactive for a while. But I recently sold some items on eBay all but one of the payments were released when shipped and received positive feedback. Now my account has 18.15 in pending funds but it has been 21 days since the payment and 17 days since the item arrived and received positive feedback. I find it annoying that I can't even use my own money, when it is obvious that it no longer needs to be held.
